The supplier acknowledges that the College is subject to the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (together with any subordinate legislation made under this Act from time to time) and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 together with any codes of practice and/or guidance issued pursuant or in relation to such legislation ("FOIA"). The supplier shall, and shall procure that any sub-contractors or agents of the supplier shall, assist and co-operate with the College (at the suppliers expense) to enable the College to comply with any information disclosure requirements under the FOIA.

If the Colleges involves the collection of personal data (as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998 ("DPA"), the supplier will ensure that it is notified under the DPA and will duly observe all its obligations under the DPA which arise in connection with the services.
