New Suppliers and Contractors

For all new suppliers please view our Supplier Handbook by clicking here.  Within our handbook you will find details of how to work with Derby College, Procurement contact information and the new Bribery Act 2010 etc.  To become a new supplier to Derby College we may ask you to submit policies regarding public liability insurances, equality, race, age, disability and supplier diversity etc. For further information please contact us by clicking here.

As part of our on-going commitment to all our current and new Suppliers/Contractors working with Derby College, we have a statutory and moral duty to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all, with an emphasis on the safeguarding of learners up to the age of 18 and vulnerable adults in line with the College’s legal obligations.  Suppliers/Contractors intending to carry out works or services unsupervised on any of our College sites must supply the following CRB information as listed below:

  • Name of employee
  • Disclosure number
  • Date of enhanced CRB check (must be within 3 years)
  • Level of CRB check
